On 3/13/2020, a series of TRO cases between HOA and/or members were heard at Stanley Mosk Courthouse downtown. Restraining Orders were granted by the court against Christopher T. Barone and Judee Catherine White. Currently, there are 31 cases on the lawsuit list(click to view). The record for Barone and his supporters is 0 wins, 19 losses, 12 pending.
1. Ms. Feraday vs Christopher T. Barone

2. Marco Gonzalez vs Christopher T. Barone

4. Christopher T. Barone vs Shelby at Lordon Management (Barone requested TRO against Shelby)
--- Dismissed.
The attorney representing Shelby requested $1,800 attorney’s fee to be granted against Barone, the Judge didn’t deny nor grant it. The request for attorney’s fee can be pursued in court.
5. Steve Maturo vs Donalea at Lordon Management (Maturo requested TRO against Donalea)
--- Dismissed.
The attorney representing Donalea requested $1,800 attorney’s fee to be granted against Maturo. When asked by the Judge if he could afford it, Maturo said no. The judge denied the request.

6. Christopher T. Barone vs Michael Allan (Barone requested TRO against Allan)
--- Dismissed.
Barone had 3 witnesses to testify, Steve Maturo, Nancy Jacobson and Judee White. When asked if the witnesses would provide any new evidence than that already presented, Barone replied no, Judge then proceeded to dismiss the case without calling the witnesses.
Barone played two videos. One was taken by Barone’s wife on 12/31/2019. Michael Allan and two locksmith employees are seen in the video. Michael Allan hands Barone’s wife an envelope, she backs off, refuses to take it, claiming Allan throws the paper at her. Later in the video, Allan says it is the confirmation of the email notice notifying Barone that he is no longer an employee of the HOA (due to restructuring). In the video, Allan tells Barone’s wife, I don’t consent to you recording me, since California is a two party consent state, you must stop recording. She continues to record the conversation in violation of the law.
The other video was taken by Barone on 1/6/2020 around 7pm. The New Borad had an executive meeting at the club, Barone showed up at the club to film them when they were preparing to leave the site. In the video, Barone accuses Hal Siegel of taking bribe without any evidence, and has the video posted on Youtube.
Upon viewing the videos, the Judge said: one video shows a man hands a document to the person filming him, the other is two men having an argument, not even a heated argument, I don’t see harassment here, case dismissed.
7. Judee Catherine White vs Michael Allan (White requested TRO against Allan)
--- Dismissed.
The key evidence Judee White presented was at the recall election meeting on 12/19/2019, Michael Allan told her: I am on the Board, you are an employee, get off my ass. Nancy Jacobson and Elizabeth Hecker (lives in Lake Lindero, but not a member) submitted their declaration.
At the election meeting, Michael Allan went to the pro shop to get a bottle of water for the attorney overseeing the election process. The pro shop employee said the cash register was closed for the day. He knew who Allan was, they agreed Allan would pay him next time he comes in the shop. The employee then proceeded to give Allan a bottle of water. Judee White saw the water in Allan’s hand, then asked Allan with an accusatory tone in her voice “Did you pay for that?”, Allan told her “It has been taken care of.” Judee White relentlessly asked the same question, until Allan said “I am on the Board, you are an employee, back off.”
Judee White then distorted “back off” into “get off my ass”. Interestingly enough, both Nancy Jacobson and Elizabeth Hecker stated they heard the same distorted version given by Judee White.
8. Michael Allan vs Judee Catherine White (Allan requested TRO against White)
--- One year Permanent Restraining Order Granted against Judee White. Judee White played the video of her attack on Allan as the evidence against Allan, but her video is shorter than the one posted on Youtube, without the black and white attack segment. Allan also played the video in court, the entire video posted on Youtube by Barone or his supporters. Judee White pointed out to Judge that the video was edited, she meant by Allan. Of course the video was edited, the ring footage was in color, segments of it were deliberately changed to black and white seemingly to cover up her violence. What do you think, Judee White? But the editing was not done by Allan, presumably by the person who received the ring camera streaming feed offsite and posted the video. Hmm….., wonder who that might be - Mr. Barone?
By the way, Barone admitted in the election trial that the ring cameras are HOA property and he alone has access to the recording, then why did Judee White repeatedly yell “Give me my camera” while she attacked Allan as caught on video? As the President of the Board, Allan has every right to determine if and where the cameras should be placed at the club. It turns out Judee White views HOA properties as her own, no wonder she continues to squat at the club after she was terminated. Just like Barone and his wife repeatedly claimed that they owned the clubhouse, Judee White seems to think she too owns anything and everything at the club.
Upon reviewing the violence video several times on Allan’s laptop together with the print-out of still video frames, the Judge told Judee White: in the video, you clearly are the aggressor. He has his back towards you the entire time. The judge did say neither party’s behavior was anything to be proud of. Per court’s ruling, Judee White is to stay 100 yards away from Michael Allan when he is not at 5719 Lake Lindero Dr. (the club); at the club, Judee White is to stay 5 feet from Michael Allan. This should end Judee White’s harassment of Allan by filming him with her phone camera in his face, for a year.
Judee White was visibly upset by the court ruling.
9. Mr. Burns vs Christopher T. Barone (Burns requested TRO against Barone)
--- Two year permanent Restraining Order Granted against Barone.
A dark horse at the end of the day. A man who lives in Lake Lindero was granted a two-year restraining order against Barone for stalking and harassment.
The judge told Barone: I find you not credible, I find him (petitioner) credible.
Barone was ordered to wait outside the courtroom while the court issued the restraining order paperwork. Restraining order took effect immediately in the court room that Barone was to stay way from the petitioner.
