Judee Catherine White showed her true color resorted to violence. On 2/13/2020, around 3PM, Judee Catherine White physically attacked Board President Michael Allan at the club.
Mr. Allan was at the club with an HOA member conducting HOA business. Judee White and a friend of hers were in the pro shop. They tried to prevent Mr. Allan and the member from entering the pro-shop by locking the doors and piling chairs behind the doors. Mr. Allan used his key to unlock the door and entered the shop with the member and the security guard on site. Judee White called the sheriffs to report that Mr. Allan had broken into the shop. A false police report and not the last lies Judee White would tell that day.
When they entered the shop, Judee White began her usual harassment ritual employed by her for several months, that of filming with her camera phone Mr. Allan, and any other member she does not like or who disagrees with Christopher T. Barone, accompanied by a verbal onslaught of taunting questions thrown out in an unrelenting stream intended to elicit a reaction from them she can record and use as evidence against them. Her friend, who was filming them too, refused to give her name when asked by Mr. Allan, reciting the third grade saying, “That is for me to know and you to find out.” Soon after, a Sheriff arrived, the security guard and the HOA member left the pro shop, went out to the parking lot to talk to the sheriff, leaving Mr. Allan in the pub entry adjacent to the pro shop. With only her friend as witness, Judee White went into full verbal attack.
When Mr. Allan discovered that Judee White, less than 24 hours after the ring camera was returned to her by the police with the understanding that she would not use it on HOA property, had again put her ring camera back on a shelf in the pro shop, positioned to capture and broadcast offsite all activities in the shop, he took two steps into the pro shop and reached to remove the ring camera. Judee White’s response was to put down her camera phone and physically attacked Mr. Allan. Her friend stood by and filmed the entire attack.
For what seemed like several minutes, Judee White slapped Mr. Allan around the face and head, sending his glasses flying across the room onto the floor. Mr. Allan holding the ring camera in his right hand positioned his body between Judee White and the camera, with his back towards White. He made an effort to position his back towards White, to avoid inadvertently touching her. He was careful not to take any offensive action, or lay a finger on her. He relied on defensive actions to protect himself, while Judee White repeatedly slapped, punched, pushed, elbowed, pulled and kicked him, squealing in fury several times “give me my camera”, and “I’ll kill you”. She tried to pull his hair by grabbing it between her thumb and forefinger. When Mr. Allan tried to open a door and leave, Judee White grabbed his shirt and sweater collars and pulled him backwards. It was at this time Judee White picked up a metal water pitcher and smashed it against Mr. Allan’s head. Mr. Allan freed himself from her grip on his clothes with a twist and step away action which gave him the space to open the door.
Mr. Allan having opened the door he called for the security guard on duty. Judee White, having broken off her assault, picked up her phone called the Sheriffs to report she had been attacked by Michael Allan. Another of her lies.
Mr. Allan left the shop and walked to the parking lot looking for the security guard, finding him in the parking lot talking to a Sheriff. Mr. Allan reported Judee White’s attack to the sheriff and that the other woman in the shop, a friend of Judee White's, had recorded the entire attack. The Sheriff walked to the shop to investigate, but by the time he got there the other woman had left, by a cross country route that avoided the parking lot and the sheriff, taking her camera phone and the recording with her.
Judee White told the Sheriff that Mr. Allan had attacked her and slammed her about. About this time, two more Sheriffs had arrived and began to assist in the investigation. Shortly after the Sheriffs arrived, an ambulance pulled in to the parking lot in response to her call to the police. Upon examination, the ambulance EMT personnel determined no first aid was necessary for Judee White. They also examined Mr. Allan, he was found to have a bloody wrist, red marks, scratches, welts, and bruises on his arms, around his head and face, and multiple welts and marks on his back, and a bump on his head. They recommended he be taken to a hospital for a more thorough examination including x-rays. Mr. Allan declined. For all her claims of being attacked, no physical evidence of damage was found in Judee White. Her friend scurried away with the recording, no evidence supporting her claims, just more of her lies.
Since the Sheriffs had not seen the attack, they said they could not make an arrest. One of the Sheriffs, after seeing the numerous scratches and red marks on Mr. Allan suggested he gets a TRO against Judee White and tries to avoid her as much as possible.
Sheriffs informed Michael Allan and Judee White, since the Sheriffs had not seen the attack, if either Judee White or Mr. Allan pressed charges, the other person would be arrested; if both of them pressed charges, each against the other, then both would be arrested and the court would decide. Since the only eye witness, the friend of Judee White’s had fled the scene with the recording, they both agreed not to press charges. Apparently, neither wanted to follow Barone in being arrested, booked and spending the night in jail.
So, where is Judee White’s friend who recorded the attack and ran? Where is her video recording of the attack? She may think her act of standing by and recording the attack and then running away so she cannot be questioned and even asked to view the video by the Sheriffs as an act of loyalty. She should step back and take another look. Her actions enable a bully. Her actions support bullying and violence. Bullying and violence should never be allowed, whether it is done by a friend or to someone you dislike. LLHOA cannot and will not tolerate bullies, male or female, young or old, whether the bullied is capable or incapable of defending themselves. Zero tolerance for bullying and violence. Judee White’s friend is just as guilty of bullying and violence as Judee White. But is it surprising? If she had character, she would not have run away into the darkness.
Judee White has access to the video of her attack, if it supported her claim of being attacked, she would have posted it by now. That the video has not been posted strongly supports that Judee White lied. Just more lies from Judee Catherine White.
The following was updated on 3/3/2020:
Michael Allan broke loose of Judee White’s grasp, reached the door, opened it and yelled for the security guard. Judee White broke of her attack and retreated to the far end of the proshop where she had begun her attack. Allan remained just inside the door keeping an eye on the scene of the attack, while waiting for the security guard, only to observe Judee White performed a transformation as surprising and dishonest as her attack upon Michael Allan.
She transformed from attacker punching, tugging and hitting Michael Allan, while she hurled verbal threats of “I’ll kill you!” and yelling “give me back my camera”, into a whimpering frightened women who professed in a tone plainly intended to make her sound frightened and out of breath for the camera, as she proclaimed she had just been attacked. A cunning, if not premeditated, action intended to give the false impression that she was the victim of the attack and not the truth, that she was the attacker.
When Allan was told by a golfer outside the proshop that the security guard was in the parking lot talking to a Sheriff, Allan left the proshop to report the attack by Judy White upon him. By the time the Sheriff made his way to the proshop the women(Judee White's friend) who had filmed the entire attack had spirited herself away by means of egress other than the main entrance taking the video evidence of the attack with her.
As for the bruises Judee White proudly displayed, a trained observer will see the color and condition of the bruises reveal their age as several days not fresh as proclaimed. Judee White seems to have difficulty with speaking and accepting the truth. From her behavior, it seems her truth is not based on facts but on whatever she wants or needs “the truth” to be, regardless of the facts.
