Stephen Maturo, Nancy Jacobson stalked & harassed Board members. On Feb 4, 2020, there was an executive Board meeting on Russell Ranch Road in Westlake Village. As the Board members walked out of the building at 8:00 PM, after the meeting, and got into their cars, cars pulled up and stopped behind their cars, blocking them in. The next thing the Board members could see was the bright lights projected towards them, blinded them. Soon they realized it was Stephen P. Maturo and his girlfriend Nancy Jacobson stalking and harassing them with cameras in their faces filming them. The couple circled around the Board members' cars, chanting like two clowns, “corrupt, corrupt, corrupt …….”
Though the couple parked their cars right behind Board members’ cars, in an attempt to block them from leaving the parking lot, Board members managed to escape to safety with a few backward and forward moves of the cars, then drived across empty parking stalls towards the exist. Stephen Maturo stood in front of Michael Allan’s car blocking his exist while he filmed Allan with his cell phone for about 30 to 40 seconds, before he stepped aside and got out of the car's path.
Stephen Maturo and Nancy Jacobson acted like kids who failed to properly mature into adults. Why do they think they have the right to stalk and harass Board members because they don't agree with the election results? Since they disagree with the election results, why don't they challenge the election in court? Instead of pursuing the legal means prescribed by law in their attempt to invalidate the election results, they took it upon themselves to harass and stalk the members of the New Board. They have gone to the extent that Steve Maturo has openly carried a taser at the country club, used it at least once on a vendor (a locksmith) and has threatened to use it on others. Do they think by resorting to constant stalking and harassing, or assault and battery, the Board members will be intimidated enough to quit their positions on the Board? Or HOA members will be intimidated enough not to speak out against their actions? The answer is absolutely NO! This only further strengthens Members' determination that we will not allow this small group of unruly and unlawful people to ruin our HOA. Their behavior offends us. Their behavior doesn't represent who and what we are. Their behavior is a disgrace to the LLHOA community.
Does it come as a surprise that Steve Maturo, Nancy Jacobson and Judee Catherine White stalk, harass, intimidate, and assault HOA members, demonstrate a tendency for violence, create a hostile environment for LLHOA community in their support to Christopher T. Barone who takes the same despicable actions against members? No. Birds of a feather flock together.
