Christopher T. Barone Was Arrested and Taken to Jail

Updated: May 30, 2020

Christopher T. Barone Went to Jail

On Feb 12, 2020, Christopher T. Barone was arrested and taken to jail in handcuffs, when he went to the Lake Lindero Clubhouse, for violation of the workplace temporary restraining order (TRO) taken out against him by the Lake Lindero Homeowners Association on January 13, 2020.

The TRO issued against him requires that he stays 100 yards away from the protected LLHOA employees, vendors, members and patrons for their protection. Mr. Barone had knowledge of the TRO and the restrictions & limitations it placed on him. Despite these limitations, he chose to disregard the law and be at the clubhouse twice on Feb. 12, 2020.  The second time he was arrested.

In the past year Christopher T Barone took or tried to take out TRO against several members and former employees for no more reason than they said something against him.  A man who has used TROs to intimidate and attack LLHOA members for the last year, got caught in a trap of his own design.  Could it be that his reign of terror over the LLHOA has come to an end?
