Much Ado about Nothing perfectly describes Judith(Judee) Catherine White’s TRO against Allan, which is a joke and a source of humor for the LLHOA community. Nothing more than a paper tiger.
On Jan 7, 2020, Judee White filed a TRO against Michael Allan, president of the LLHOA new Board. This is the case #23 in the updated lawsuit list (click to view).
Note: On the same day, Jan 7, 2020, Christopher T. Barone filed a TRO against Shelby at Lordon Management, case #24.
All her requests in the TRO filing were denied by judge until the court hearing.
Her request of Temporary Restraining Order for personal conduct order was denied until the court hearing; Her request of Temporary Restraining Order for stay-away order was also denied until the court hearing.
The judge’s reasons for denial are: "The facts as stated in from CH-100 do not sufficiently show acts of violence, threats of violence, or a course of conduct that seriously alarmed, annoyed, or harassed the person in 1 (note: protected person) and caused substantial emotional distress."
In the TRO court order served against Allan, the court stated: “No Temporary Orders Issued” !
So a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) stating that “No Temporary Orders Issued” is obviously not a T R O, because it does not Restrain. If not a TRO, what would be the right title for this document? Shall it be “nonTRO", "wantabee TRO", "If only I had a TRO?" or simply ''LOL"!
Judith(Judee) Catherine White seems to enjoy filing TROs, over a period of less than 5 months (from 8/23/2019 to 1/7/2020), she was/is involved in 4 TROs. As far as we know, all of her TRO requests heard by court were dismissed! Is it reasonable to conclude that LLHOA members are witnessing a vexatious litigant coming into being?
