Judee White refuted Chris Barone’s claims that Lordon management was fired with demands that Lordon pays employees and vendors.
On Jan. 10, 2020, Judee White emailed a complaint to Lordon Management, stating that: “ISSUE 1, Serious problems: happening with our Vendors, they are not being Paid as instructed by Lordon. ……. So no matter what “Board” you “believe" you serve, you are not paying the Lake Lindero Homeowners Associations Vendors.”
Judee, per the claim of Christopher T. Barone, Mike Umann, Paul Bromley and David DiNapoli, Lordon was fired in Dec. 2019. Your complaint was emailed on 1/10/2020, roughly 2 weeks after Barone and friends claimed Lordon was fired. Is it logical that you would demand Lordon perform their duties after Barone and three former board members claimed to have fired them?
Are you telling us that Barone and the three members of the former Board have no authority to fire Lordon, regardless what they claimed, that you recognize Lordon is still the management company managing daily operation for LLHOA, such as paying vendors & employees, collecting dues??
Judee White further complained that: “ISSUE 2, Very serious: My employee hours are not being credited to me or Paid. This is a huge problem.!!! …….. Later I heard I was let go by a law firm that Lordon hired to represent our LLHOA. and I had no job. I was Never spoken to, so I spoke to our current BOD’s which they not only Denied these allegations of my Termination they don’t recognize the Law firm Lordon hired (with who’s money) mine?”
Judee, per your statement above,it is clear that you believe you are an employee of Barone and the Former Board. On numerous occasions, you declare that Chris Barone is your boss. You are entitled to be paid by your employer for the hours you worked for your employer and your boss, i.e. Chris Barone and three former Board Members! If you are to be paid, it must be by Chris Barone and the three former Board Members!
