See the letters from HOA attorney to Mike Umann and Paul Bromley, urging them to do the right thing: 1. Recognize the legitimacy of the new Board;
2. If you believe the recall is without merit, challenge the election per the law;
3. You can not assert control over the Association or coopt its resources.
Strangely enough, the response is from Christopher T. Barone, who is not the addressee or legal recipient of the letters.
