A THREE-YEAR permanent restraining order against Christopher T. Barone was issued on April 28, 2020 after an evidential hearing in court.
The order makes permanent a temporary order which prevents Barone harassing and stalking HOA member Ms. Feraday, or coming within 100 yards of her or her home.
Barone is required to provide proof he has handed in or sold his two guns.
As of 5/13/2020, there are three permanent restraining orders in effect in the Lake Lindero community:
A 1-year permanent Restraining Order was granted for Mr. Allan against Judee Catherine White on 3/13/2020; (related post: Judee White shows her true color resorts to violence)
A 2-year permanent Restraining Order was granted for Mr. Burns against Christopher T. Barone on 3/13/2020, Barone was ordered by court to turn in, sell or store his firearms;
A 3-year permanent Restraining Order was granted for Ms. Feraday against Christopher T. Barone on 4/28/2020.
