On May 4, 2020, the final statement of decision and findings of fact re validity of Board recall election was issued by the superior court.
Decision:
The motion by plaintiffs LLHOA et al to determine the validity of the 12/23/19 full board recall is GRANTED. The court finds that the 12/23/19 LLHOA full board recall election is VALID.
The court also issued the ruling on defendants' objections to the tentative statement of decision.
