LLHOA recall election has been validated by Court.
Court ordered:
(a) The members of the Lake Lindero Homeowners Association Board of Directors are Michael Allan, Paul Bromley, Harriet Cohen, Hal Siegel, and Michael Umann and are (and have been since 12/23/19) authorized to act on behalf of the Association. (This board is referenced in this decision as the "current board".)
(b) The former board member David DiNapoli has had no authority to act on behalf of the Lake Lindero Homeowners Association since the election on 12/23/2019, unless granted by the current board (identified in the paragraph a above)
(c) The former CEO Christopher Barone has no authority (and has had no authority since the date of his termination) to act on behalf of the Lake Lindero Homeowners Association or any entity of the Association (including committees, the Association's businesses (pool, golf course, restaurant/pub, pro shop, common areas) or the "Country Club") unless granted by the current board (identified in the paragraph a above).
