The LLHOA Maintenance Committee seeks to collect data related to all active and deferred maintenance at HOA property/common areas. In coordination with the board, the committee will create and maintain a digital file (and, down the road, a central database) of maintenance needs and progress on maintenance projects. The committee will also present the board with a monthly report for the purposes of accounting and apprising the general membership.
To identify areas of need, the committee will begin with the most recent reserve study and its own survey of HOA property/common areas.
The committee will also help coordinate volunteer efforts regarding maintenance and repairs of HOA property/common areas.
The Maintenance Committee therefore seeks volunteers (journeymen and experts in general contracting, plumbing, electricity, roofing, landscaping, masonry, etc.) who might be willing to offer professional advice regarding repairs and maintenance at the club.
However, all volunteers are welcome—even novices in home or commercial construction.
