What is Happening in LLHOA, updates as of May 9, 2020.
Maintenance:
Surveillance security system: Installation is proceeding, expecting to be fully operational late next week.
Demolition of the office interior was completed today. A big thank you to the maintenance committee and volunteers. All non-weight-bearing interior walls, insulation and drywall had been removed along with illegal wiring.
Golf course: Fairway has been fertilized and weed killer applied selectively to the rough. Due to the high heat this past week, aeration, seeding and sand topping have been postponed.
Preparation for the golf course re-opening: Volunteers power-washed the court yard and the path from the parking lot to the proshop today. Thank you again to the maintenance committee and volunteers. Proshop has been sanitized and re-stocked. The proshop staff is coming back.
Volunteers from novices to journeymen are needed to help with the many repairs of the clubhouse and grounds, including painting, planting, website design, electrical, light construction, equipment examination and repairs, etc., to help rebuild LLHOA. If you are interested in helping, please email the maintenance committee at LLHOAmaintenance@gmail.com.
Operation:
The proshop will be able to process credit/debit card transactions while waiting for the Point of Sales system. Evaluation of POS system is underway, estimated to be completed within 2 weeks.
An application for Corporate credit cards was submitted after the court ruling validating the recall election was issued.
A few people have commented the golf course is looking quite good. Positive changes are taking place in LLHOA. Keep up the good work, maintenance crew, volunteers and New Board, thank you!
