A few members have asked if Lordon has been fired and if so where to send the dues. No, Lordon has NOT been fired. And Yes, Lordon continues to assist with LLHOA management and collection of the dues.
Where to send your dues? To Lordon! Members are required to send their LLHOA dues to Lordon, LLHOA's management company empowered to receive and track dues payments. Only dues sent to Lordon can be credited as paid by the members’ accounts.
Payments sent anywhere else cannot be credited to the member’s account and the member will still owe the dues to LLHOA. A receipt for a payment sent anywhere but Lordon will NOT be considered proof of having paid your dues.
Emails have been sent to some members by a former employee and a couple of his supporters instructing members to send dues to them, yes, to them. Payments to them will not be to your HOA, will not be credited to your account, and just as important will not be used for the upkeep and maintenance of your HOA. No one knows where these dues will go. Barone and Umann want your money without accountability.
Any member who chooses not to send their monthly dues to LLHOA (c/o Lordon) will not have paid their dues and can expect a notice of delinquency and a bill for the unpaid dues. Just as it has been since 1972, dues must be sent to LLHOA and only LLHOA.
Membership dues are to be paid to Lake Lindero Homeowners Association c/o Lordon Management. You may pay through the mylordon.com payment portal or continue to send your payments with your remittance slip to Lordon Management, P.O. Box 51422, Los Angeles, CA 90051, or 1275 Center Court Dr, Covina, CA 91724.
