Send April Dues to Lordon, A Message from your LLHOA Board

Updated: May 30, 2020

We are aware that Mr. Barone, a disgruntled former employee without any authority to speak on any HOA matters, has sent an email to some Lake Lindero HOA members claiming HOA dues were suspended. This claim is not true. He no longer has any position in the management of the HOA and has no legal standing to address current HOA business.

Despite what you may have heard, April Dues are to be sent to Lordon Management, as you have sent them for more than a year. Although the board recognizes that this may be a time of stress for some members, for the wellbeing of the HOA it is important that your dues are paid.

The HOA properties - the golf course, driving range, pool and lake along with all the buildings and other facilities - must be maintained during this time of restricted access just as they are during times of use by members.

We agree it would be nice to not have to pay HOA dues. Sadly, it would mean neglecting our properties. This could force the HOA into bankruptcy and necessitate a large special assessment. It is more cost efficient to maintain the properties now than to restore them later at a much greater cost.

We regret the confusion that the email sent by Mr. Barone may have caused. Regarding April HOA dues, as a reminder, your dues are to be sent to: Lake Lindero Homeowners Association

c/o Lordon Management

PO Box 51422

Los Angeles, CA 90051-5722

The Board understands that some HOA members may be experiencing difficulties in their personal lives and is willing to consider each member’s situation on a case-by-case basis.

Stay safe and healthy,

The Lake Lindero Board of Directors
