Banks Recognize New Board- Return $220,000 Illegally Withdrawn

$220,000 Returned to LLHOA

LLHOA New Board is happy to report that $220,000 is now safe with LLHOA, $200,000 back to LLHOA reserve account, $20,000 back to LLHOA operating account. Both Chase and Union banks recognize the New Board’s legal right to manage and control LLHOA finances.

On Dec. 24 & 26, 2019, shortly after the recall election, Christopher T. Barone illegally and unilaterally withdrew $200K plus $20K in cashier’s checks, and $10K in cash from LLHOA bank accounts when he was not a signer on the accounts. The $220,000 in checks is now back in LLHOA accounts.

The banks are just one of companies on the long list to recognize the New Board including but not limited to the attorneys, management, HR, point-of-sales, security, insurance companies

and the vendors, employees, utilities, phone and internet companies, and the state of California.

The New Board is the Only HOA Board, to Support Our HOA Send Your Dues to Lordon.

Beware of Scam and Theft

It was reported to the Board that a few women and men are going door to door in the neighborhood soliciting members’ HOA dues. They have threatened homeowners with losing their homes if they send their dues to Lordon. This threat is a LIE and a SCAM; you will not lose your home if you send your dues to Lordon, but you may lose your money if you give it to them.

Be Safe, Protect Yourself and Your Home, Don’t give them your dues. You should continue to send your dues to Lordon.

Only dues sent to Lordon will be used for the upkeep, maintenance, operation, staffing, and all the other expenses associated with the running of the Lake Lindero Homeowners Association and its various businesses.

Beware, a former HOA employee is trying to get you to send your dues to his home address. Yes, to his home. Not to the HOA, not to Lordon, but to his home address. Who would think that sending their dues to an unemployed member’s home is legitimate?

It was also reported that this former HOA employee, with the help of a couple of his supporters, sent letters and emails to homeowners, and called homeowners and left messages demanding HOA dues sent to him.

Any action instructing homeowners to send their dues anywhere other than Lordon is a scam, a misappropriation of your dues, a fraud. HOA dues are to be sent to Lordon Management and only Lordon Management.

Talk to your neighbors, Share the information, Be informed, Get involved.

Support our HOA, send your dues to Lordon.
