On Feb. 7, 2020, HOA members received a fraudulent letter regarding the date of LLHOA's annual membership meeting and Board election. The letter implied the LLHOA Board set the election date and hired Pivotal Management as the Association’s management company, the Board did neither. Pivotal Management is owned and operated by a former HOA employee, Christopher T. Barone, out of his home. Pivotal Management was NOT hired by and is NOT affiliated or associated with Lake Lindero Homeowners Association in any way. To be clear, Pivotal Management does not represent nor work for the LLHOA.
The sole purpose of this letter is to create confusion in the minds of members and to interfere with LLHOA’s operation and businesses. Members are asked to disregard this letter and all future correspondence, including but not limited to letters, emails, flyers, mailers or communication in any other form or means with regard to LLHOA businesses or operation from Christopher T. Barone, Pivotal Management, members claiming to represent the recalled board, and anyone trying to collect dues on their behalf. If it is not sent by the New Board or Lordon Management, it is not valid and are to be disregarded.
